Just because you aren’t the most experienced or fittest athlete is no excuse for avoiding club training sessions. Training with a group helps inspire and improve you to levels that you may not have thought possible. Our run, swim, turbo and time trial sessions are held such that all abilities can be catered for within the group. The group ride is designed to be challenging and while we try to keep the group together within reason this may not always be possible.
