Just because you aren’t the most experienced or fittest athlete is no excuse for avoiding club training sessions.
Training with a group helps inspire and improve you to levels that you may not have thought possible. Our sessions are held such that all abilities can be catered for within the group. Don’t worry that you won’t be good enough or will hold others up, just be willing to have a go!
